Which Transit Custom models have AdBlue?

The MK1 Transit Custom facelift from 2019, fitted with the 2.0 EcoBlue in 130ps or 170ps form, has AdBlue on Euro 6d-compliant builds. The MK2 Transit Custom from 2023, also running the 2.0 EcoBlue, has AdBlue as standard. Kombi and Sport variants use the same drivetrain and are equally affected. The AdBlue filler is typically behind a blue cap in the engine bay. Earlier 2.0 EcoBlue Customs registered in 2018 may or may not have AdBlue depending on build date. If you are not sure, call us before booking and we will check.

What the delete involves

We connect to the OBD port and update the ECU via software. No parts are removed from the vehicle. The AdBlue system is disabled at software level: warning lights are cleared, the countdown timer is removed, and there is no risk of lockout. We run a free diagnostic before any work starts so you know exactly what you are getting. Most Ford Transit Custom AdBlue deletes are completed in 60 to 90 minutes at your location. No need to drop the van off or take it out of service for the day.

Mobile AdBlue delete service

We cover Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Our technician comes to your depot, yard, home or car park. No garage visit required and no disruption to your working day. The price is £330 all in, which includes a free diagnostic before we start. We are insured to £2 million.
