Which Range Rover models have AdBlue?
Land Rover fitted AdBlue to most diesel Range Rover models from around 2018. Affected vehicles include the Range Rover (L405 and L460), Range Rover Sport (L494 and L461), Range Rover Vogue, Range Rover Velar (L560) and Range Rover Evoque (L551) – all with diesel engines. Most run Ingenium diesel units (2.0D and 3.0D SD6) with a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system. The AdBlue filler is typically located inside the fuel flap. What does a Range Rover AdBlue delete involve?
The delete is carried out through the OBD port – no hardware is removed. We update the ECU software to fully disable the AdBlue system, clear all warning lights and fault codes, and remove the countdown timer. There is no risk of the vehicle going into lockout. Most Range Rover deletes are completed in 60 to 90 minutes on site, then you are good to go.
