What an AdBlue delete does

AdBlue is a diesel exhaust fluid that modern Euro 6 engines are built to require. When the system develops a fault or runs low, the ECU starts a countdown, and if it reaches zero, the vehicle will not restart. An AdBlue delete updates the ECU software via the OBD port to remove the AdBlue requirement from the system entirely. No parts are removed. Once the job is complete, the warning lights go off, the refill reminders stop, and the vehicle will not lock out over AdBlue again. Everything else about the car remains unchanged.
