What is causing the fault
AdBlue is the fluid that powers the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system on most diesel vehicles built from around 2015 onwards. The system is designed to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and is required for road use compliance.

When a fault is detected, the vehicle displays a warning and begins a countdown. At the end of that countdown, the vehicle will not start.
Dealers and garages typically diagnose and replace the faulty component. That fix can cost anywhere from a few hundred to well over a thousand pounds, and there is no guarantee the replacement component will not fail again.
AdBlue removal is a different approach. We update the ECU software so the vehicle no longer monitors or requires AdBlue at all. No component replacement, no waiting for parts, and no recurring fault further down the line.
