Which Q5 models have AdBlue?
The FY Audi Q5 (2017 onwards) has AdBlue fitted on all diesel variants. This includes the 35 TDI (2.0-litre, 163ps), the 40 TDI (2.0-litre, 204ps), and the 50 TDI (3.0-litre, 286ps), as well as the SQ5 TDI. The AdBlue filler cap is located inside the fuel flap and is usually marked in blue. The earlier 8R Q5 (2008-2016) does not typically have AdBlue in UK specification. What the delete involves
We connect to the OBD port and update the ECU software to disable the AdBlue system. No parts are removed. Once complete, all AdBlue warning lights are off, the countdown timer is gone, and the car will not lock out. You will not need to top up AdBlue fluid again. Most Q5 deletes are finished in 60 to 90 minutes at your location.
