Which Q7 models have AdBlue?

The 4M Audi Q7 (2015 onwards) uses AdBlue on all diesel variants. This includes the 45 TDI (3.0-litre, 231ps), the 50 TDI (3.0-litre, 286ps) and the SQ7 TDI V8 – all 4M builds have SCR systems fitted. The AdBlue filler is either inside the fuel flap or located in the boot area. The earlier 4L Q7 (2005 to 2015) used a different emissions system and typically does not have AdBlue. If your Q7 is a diesel 4M and showing an AdBlue warning, call us to confirm the variant before booking.

What the delete involves

The delete is done via the OBD port – no parts are removed from the vehicle. We update the ECU software to disable the AdBlue system entirely. Once complete, all warning lights are off, the countdown timer is gone and there is no risk of the car going into lockout. Most Audi Q7 deletes are finished in 60 to 90 minutes at your location. We run a free diagnostic first so you know exactly what you are dealing with before any work begins.

Mobile service across the North West

We cover Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. There is no need to take the car anywhere – we come to wherever it is parked, whether that is your home, driveway, workplace or a car park. The price is £330 all in. Free diagnostic included. We are insured to £2 million.

Frequently asked questions

Does my Audi Q7 have AdBlue?
If your Q7 is a diesel 4M (2015 onwards) it almost certainly has AdBlue. The easiest way to check is to look for an AdBlue filler cap inside the fuel flap or in the boot. If you are seeing an AdBlue warning light or a countdown on the dashboard, the system is fitted. Give us a call and we can confirm it for your registration.
Which Q7 years have AdBlue?
AdBlue is fitted to the 4M generation, which started in 2015. All diesel 4M Q7s – including the 45 TDI, 50 TDI and SQ7 TDI – use AdBlue. The earlier 4L Q7 (2005 to 2015) did not use AdBlue.
Is Audi Q7 AdBlue delete permanent?
Yes. The delete is a software change to the ECU, not a temporary workaround. Once done, the vehicle no longer requires AdBlue fluid and the warning system is fully disabled. It will not reactivate after a service or battery reset.
How much does Audi Q7 AdBlue delete cost?
£330 all in. That covers the free diagnostic, the ECU remap and the mobile call-out anywhere in our coverage area. No hidden charges. For off-road and export use only. AdBlue deletion affects your vehicle's emissions compliance for road use in the UK.
